I.O. Leaders are outdoor adventure professionals with considerable experience in their respective fields. They are Certified Leaders/Guide from the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation of Nepal, Wilderness First Responder, and Rescue 3 international instructors with years of experience in the outdoors. They share their love of the outdoors and their technical expertise while creating a fun and safe environment for exploration and growth. Above all, instructors are educators, not guides; educators who are active learners, who foster a cooperative and trusting atmosphere in which there is mutual exchange of information, experience, ideas, and respect
