Itineraries are speculative pending skills and water levels.
DAY 1
- Welcome to Kathmandu.
- Transfer and check in to the river lodge.
- Boat outfitting and welcome. Afternoon paddles down the lower Bhotekoshi.
- Dinner at the river lodge by the fire.
DAY 2
- We’ll start things slow and warm up on the Lower Bhotekoshi, just a 3-hour drive from Kathmandu. This will give you a chance to try out the Mid volume of whitewater in Nepal and give our guides the chance to decide whether you are competent to take on the other rivers.

DAY 3
This is normally a favorite among world-class paddlers. We’ll take a break from the big volume of Himalayan rivers and enjoy more of a creaking-style river. Lots of boulders, lots of fun! After 3 hours of great paddling, you’ll paddle right the way to camp
DAY 4
This is our fourth day on the Himalayan rivers and perhaps the mightiest. The Upper Bhote Kosi is a non-stop Grade IV rapid and one of the best rivers on offer in Nepal. If however, you feel your paddling ability is not up to the Upper section, we can take you on a different section of the Lower Bhote Kosi.
Day 5 - 8
Sunkoshi the river of gold
Day 9
Drive to dovan Tamur river
Day 10 - 14
Jewel of East Tamur kayaking
