Nilu Ale
Wilderness First Responder and Medical Educator
Nilu Ale is a registered Nurse with extensive experience in the hospital emergency and ICU departments, where she held the position of incharge for a significant amount of time. Additionally, she has had outdoor experience since childhood, thanks to her family exposing her to outdoor activities such as rafting, backpacking, camping etc.  Throughout her life, Nilu has engaged in various adventurous endeavors, including major trekking expeditions such as Everest Base Camp, and high pass,Upper Mustang, Far West trek(Khaptad National park), and more. She also enjoys rafting, canyoning, and bungy jumping. Nilu is currently focusing on expanding her skills and knowledge in wilderness first responder and medical education as she pursues a career as a Wilderness First Responder and medical educator at Initiative Outdoor. With a deep passion for outdoor and adventure activities, she find joy and excitement in exploring the great outdoors. In her free time, Nilu loves adventuring with her dogs through hiking.
