1. Kayak Expedition, Mar 7 - 28 2009

Nepal is home to some of the most incredible whitewater in the world. On this course we will go off the beaten track to run the Bhote Kosi, Tama Kosi and Thulo Bedi rivers in the country's eastern regions. This is a full self-support expedition for experienced kayakers only. Expect exhilarating, demanding runs and a journey into a Nepal still unknown to most visitors.

2. Karnali Expedition, Nov 1-20 2009

From its source high on the Tibetan plateau, the Karnali river cascades through far west Nepal carving out a path of deep gorges through untouched wilderness. Our journey into this remote region will combine a short trek through hillside villages, 7 days of continuous rafting, and a visit to Bardia National Park, home of the endangered Royal Bengal tiger. For novice and experienced rafters alike, this course offers healthy challenge and adventure.
